14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Bakoon provides a 14-Day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made through the Bakoon online store. Should you be dissatisfied with our product at any time during the 14 day period, starting from the day item is received, send back your purchase in "like new" condition, and we will issue you a full refund for purchase price. However, on items purchased with free shipping that are returned for a refund, the original shipping cost that we paid the shipping courier will be deducted from your refund. Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned product we will credit your account. Please allow up to 7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
In the rare event you receive an item that is not working properly, it’s important to contact us immediately by our support team at email@example.com. We'll troubleshoot the problem with you and, provided the item is defective, we will immediately issue a return shipment label at no cost to you. As soon as we receive and test the defective item here at Bakoon, we will then ship the replacement item to you also at no cost. If you didn’t get just the right item due to our mistake, simply purchase the gear you want and send back the item you don’t want for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase. It is a must that the returned product is in "like new" condition.
In order to be considered as, "like new" condition, product must be returned to us as closely as possible to how it was received. It is mandatory to return any & all parts as well as packaging materials that was originally included with the product. Product must be cosmetically and internally clean, absolutely free of surface scratches, and functioning perfectly as originally received. If conditions are not met, Bakoon reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%. We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any item purchased from us.
Refusal of Service
Bakoon reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion to anyone we deem to be operating in a manner contrary to good faith business practices or who we believe has been abusive of our Bakoon return policy, service requirements, or Bakoon staff in any way.
Bakoon’s online contents are expressed on an "AS IS" basis and make no warranty regarding any product on Bakoon's site (either expressed or implied), including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.
We try to ensure that all the information on our website is 100% accurate, but there may be instances when information about or pertained to a Bakoon product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the product's actual price or shipping availability. We make absolutely no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is totally error-free, complete, or currently up-to-date.
